If enough people vote for fairness, justice, and decency, it will make a difference. I believe the majority of Americans want fairness and decency, but a large minority want to force their racial, sexual, and religious beliefs on the rest of us. They don’t see the selfishness of what they are doing. They have stacked the cards against the majority.—a dangerous thing to do. But it’s decent people who don’t vote who have allowed it. When enough people feel that voting doesn’t make a difference then violence is inevitable. I vote not because it makes a difference but because it’s the right thing to do.
